Tai Chi, Qigong (Chi Kung) and Mudra Yoga offer powerful tools for boosting the immune system, generating peace, and bringing more balance and harmony into your life. The wonderful thing about these arts is that they can be adjusted to suit absolutely anyone and everyone; also, you're never too old to begin. Tai Chi, Qigong and Mudra Yoga can be used to increase overall wellbeing, or to address specific health issues. Learning these ancient Arts will teach you a new way of moving and being - how to be at peace with yourself while moving in harmony.

Tai Chi is a profound, holistic Chinese Art, which combines health and wellbeing with martial arts. Emphasis is on correct posture and body alignment. Tai Chi is a unique way of combining peace with strength. As a result of practice, you will be less affected by outer turbulences, having a stronger root and connection to your own life and being.

Qigong is an umbrella term for various health and wellbeing enhancing techniques developed in China within the past 5000 years. The word qigong can be translated as "skill or ability to maintain life-energy". Practising Qigong will make your Qi stronger. It will also help clear the meridian channels of blockages, resulting in better health.

Mudra Yoga is Yoga for arms, hands and fingers. Mudra refers to subtle yet highly effective hand gestures, which boost health and wellbeing. Mudra Yoga, especially when combined with mantras, offers powerful yet easy techniques for reducing stress levels, boosting the immune system, and bringing peace and harmony into your life.
